Looking at the situation. its pretty clear that HO sends and processes cases in batches. if you have noticed most of the passport come back on tue and wed of every week and they have been moving forward in batches from last 3-4 weeks. Seems like the reason for the delay between the approval and stamping of the visas is that once the caseworker has approved the case it goes on to the manager for the approval and once its approved by the manager it goes for stamping. Thus takes 2-3 weeks for the whole thing. just a thaught............
