Or do I need to apply first and then my wife has to apply as a spouse of a british citizen immediately after that c...

No he said "give me any supporting document you have". Also while checking pay slips and bank statements he asked if they refered to current employer. So I'd say better to provide employers letter.

Less salary than mentioned on WP

Hi,
I came to UK on WP and changed to T1 later. Will be applying for ILR under new rules. I was paid less than whats shown on my WP in the first 8 months. After that I changed company and it was ok. Will it be a problem when I apply for ILR?

Apreciate any advice.

Period of asence for ILR

Hi, I don't have stamps when I left Heathrow over the last couple of years. It only shows the landing seal back at the air port back home. My flight takes about 12 hrs so not sure if I left on the same day as on the landing seal or day before. I have made many trips so lost track of the dates. When ...

Hi, I'm having same visa categories - WP plus T1 where I'll be applying under T1. I have only bank statements to show I have been working for the first 10 month where I changed employer under a new WP. Is it compulsory to provide P60 and previous employer letter? My first company is now closed down.

Another pont i need to clarify is if you have worked under couple of employers under WP before T1, do you need to get letters from each employer? I doesnt seems to be possible specially if the employer has closed down.

I also came to the UK on WP and switched to T1 in 2008. Now I have to apply under T1 rules. But according to new application you have to provide some information on your WP time.

Minimum criteria for General Tier1

Hi, I'm on a work permit and planning to apply for general tier1. From the initial 75 marks I'm getting exactly 75. Do you think if its possible to get approval if the minimum criteria is satisfied? I have all original documents in order but unsure about this. Greatly appreciate any comment. Thanks,...
