Bin the old passport and apply for a new passport at the Aussie embassy in Spain before you reach the UK or it would be a wasted journey.

Slagging off

Taxes are the price we pay for living here and gaining benefit; if this country is not what we bargained for, then we should leave and take our chances elsewhere, end of story. But I can't see that it's appropriate to slag off the UK just because the payoff from our gamble wasn't as high as we migh...

Well I think you hold a grudge against the Dutch or the country judging by your other posts - just trying to point that out to readers who may not be aware. Life in The Netherlands

The (high) taxation, the fact that I have to pay to talk to a customer service representative, the lack of modesty in the doctors’ offices and the immense amount of bureaucracy that you have to go through to settle here. I find the Dutch to be very helpful when asked. However, they don’t seem to...

It is but just slightly

The EU fam 4 is the same as the normal stamp 4 in the sense that it entitles you to the same benefits within Ireland ie employment but the EU fam 4 has other European benefits as a spouse of an EEA citizen.

Incompetent AIT Judge

Absolute rubbish, Charles they turned you down based on the human rights law, they have used the local immigration law to tackle your problems, you need to get in touch with a solicitor, the AIT Judge never addressed your wife´s right under community law, did you get a solicitor for your appeal?

Re: Its for the fee exemption

I would say even the flight reservation is not needed. It is needed if you are travelling with EU spouse as proof in order to be eligible for visa fee waiver. It is not acurate: I have applied many times and travelled hundreds of times without my ex EEA spouse to france with no problem without prov...
