Guys,

My manager is trying to get the priority service for undefined COS without success so far.

Anyone is trying the same thing?
Hey, did you manage to get the CoS allocated from priority?

Re: Sponsor willing to provide COS but no allocation available for inside UK

Hi, I got the curtailment letter from Home office to leave the country dated 10th June. A licensed sponsor ready to provide COS but he doesn't have any allocation at the moment and the priority service is also not helping out(trying out daily). Since days are running, I'm more worried and I would l...

Query from HO to employer

Hi, I am in the process of switching my employer. My new employer has requested for an increase in CoS but HO has asked them on what basis have they got a need to hire a non-UK National for the job? Whether the job was advertised? How many UK applicants applied for the job? Etc. What can my employer...

Re: CoS - Change of Emplyment

Will it affect my application if I’m on the same salary as I was first assigned?

Has your actual job changed?
Yes role has changed but I’m with the same employer. Salary has not changed, still on the same salary from when I started.

Re: CoS - Change of Emplyment

The COS should be for change of employment. That in itself is not a problem. The bigger issue might be the role change. You are going from an SOC that should be paying £30k+ to a SOC that has a lower salary for the role. I am second guessing here, but is the new role paying less? The salary that my...

Re: CoS - Change of Emplyment

How radical is the SOC change? And has your employer explained why there is a change? Regardless of the situation it will make very little difference given you are not changing employer. The outcome will be the same. So I was initially on 3545 - Sales Accounts and Business Development Manager. It h...

CoS - Change of Emplyment

Hi, My 3-year initial T2 visa expires this month. I am due to renew my visa however my job code has been changed. I am still with the same employer but on a different job code now. My employer has paid for a CoS under the ‘Extensions - ISC liable’ category however I want to know whether my employer ...

Re: CoS assigned with wrong subcategory - help!

Hi did you get any decision yet. I have a similar case. My brother is on a skilled worker visa (Tier 2), he is changing employers. His new employer assigned him a CoS with wrong visa category ( switching immigration category ISC liable) instead of changes of employment ISC liable). The immigration ...
