urgent treatment

I faxed an urgent treatment request on July 24. I just called HO to get an update and they said that my application wasn't added to the database until July 25 - which means they have no receipt of my urgent treatment fax. They also said my application hasn't been allocated to a case worker yet. I ma...

Re: WP to Tier 1

Hi,

Did you get an email or any type of notification before you received your documents?Or did you just know the date of your approval based on the date of the letter when you finally received your documents?

Thanks!

maintenance bank statements

My bank statement doesn't have a "date" of issue. It just details the period covered, for instance, it says May 24 to June 23 -- is the date of the statement considered May 24 or June 23? If I applied on June 28, would this qualify for the one-month maintenance funds requirement? [quote=&q...

Re: INFO FOR ALL REGARDING THE BANK STATEMENTS !!!

Has anyone been able to find out of if this is true? I was under the impression that as long as the bank statements are on original bank letterhead with our name and account number, then we didn't need them signed by the bank. Is this not the case? I've already submitted my application -- is there a...

mailing in Tier 1 application

hi,

i'm sending in my tier 1 application -- have other people just used regular mail or do most people use royal mail special delivery?

also, do you know how we get our documents back? is it just sent through the regular post? if we want special delivery, is there a way to request that?

earnings - gross not reflected on bank statements

Hi, I'm submitting payslips and bank statements for my earnings requirement. My payslips show the gross amount I'm claiming points for - but my bank statements don't match up since they only reflect my net income after taxes have been paid. Does anyone know if this will be a problem? Also, I know we...

workpermit to Tier 1

I'm on a work permit in the UK but plan to leave my employer. Can I apply for Tier 1 without terminating my work permit first?

Any advice from anyone who has been through the process? If I get Tier 1 do I have to apply for a change in status or just tell my employer?
