Does an applicant for British Citizenship as an ILR holder need to be in the UK at the time of submitting the application? If so, can the applicant travel outside the UK one day after the application submitted?
Can IHS fee reimbursed if an ILR is granted and the current leave still valid for the next 2 years? In other words, can an applicant claim 2 yeas of IHS fee if ILR is granted?
Just to remove uncertainty, is your answer "No" for "Don't we need to add evidence of financial support from the sponsor? Evidence of accommodation? etc ..." or for "Does it mean that those documents are enough?"
