Hi Ash, The provision in brought forward to stop/control inflow of migrant workers to UK in this difficult economic times. Making criteria diffcult is one way of doing it and thats what HO has done. Do onething, First apply to the companies and job portals, when u get a response then plan to come here for 2 weeks only to attend the interview. It will difficult to come here n immediately apply.
