Re: FLR(FP) Application time

It is highly likely that the complaint mistyped your route then.

It appears you have applied correctly as FLR(M).

Some applications simply take longer, often up to 6 months for standard service.
That's good to hear! And just to say thank you for your responses this evening, most appreciated.

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Have you received any email acknowledgement of your application? Did you download a copy of the application so you can check if you perhaps ticked something incorrectly? Highly unlikely that UKCVAS messed up as you would have submitted the online form before your had the biometrics appointment. Yes...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

So why do you believe then that you have applied on FLR(FP) and not FLR(M)?? They are two separate sets of immigration rules and visas.
Because in response to our complaint email FLR(FP) was quoted, which led us to this thread.

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Are you sure you did not apply on FLRI(M)?? Which would be the correct form. We've just cantered through the application forms again; both forms take you to the same destination 'family route' on the .gov website. However, at no point is there a clear section that states whether our application was...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Why would you apply for FLR(FP) if you meet the income and language requirement? She should have applied on FLR(M). What visa did she enter the UK on? She entered on a family visa as a fiancée (D-Marriage/CP), conditional to getting married in six months. We married, then applied for the extension,...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Hi all, new to this board and had a query on FLR(FP). My wife immigrated to UK last June and we married in August. In October, we applied for an FLR(FP) 2.5 years extension and paid the NHS surcharge. We meet the requirements for income and language, but have yet to receive a decision, which is runn...
