Hi, I am currently on skilled worker visa and its granted in 2021 for 5 years. In 2022, my first baby was born. I took 39 weeks maternity leave and got the SMP as well. I don’t need to extend my visa as it has been granted for 5 years. Do you mean that I need to increase my salary to the lower going rate when I apply ILR?
