ive been told that the AIT have received the appeal docs from the BHC. the ECO has 19 weeks to reply back to the AIT and give reasons for still refusing the visa.. . based on their track record i reckon my hubby may be here this time next year . . .

If you have an online accunt, then you can print out a statement and get it stamped by your bank. There is no need to get a solicitor to do it, plus the bank will do it for free. Of course this depends on who you have the online account with. Lloyds, Halifax, HSBC etc all have branches you can walk...

thats very true Shameem but the thing is how can one stop himself from not checking........i have spoken to a guy in VAC and he said they dont take any action untill 60 working days are gone past. i wish i had other options then to just sit here and wait :( thats nonense - the guy at the VAC doesnt...
