There is a document section in UKVCAS website for

- Evidence of Mr xxxxx immigration status in the UK

What document should be uploaded in this section?

I have already uploaded BRP and passport in other sections. Should I upload the same here?

Status of dependant VISA after ILR of main applicant

Hi All,

I have a question on the status of depedant visa of my wife after I get my ILR.

1. Will her BRP continue to remain valid?
2. What happens in case I leave my job after ILR and
- Find a job within the country
- Find a job outside the country

Baby will be born after I recieve my ILR. In this case, as I understand the baby will have automatic British citizenship. Only if born in the UK. I would add, if you ever apply for British citizenship and are successful, take steps to make a certified copy or keep the original of your BRP as it will be documentary proof of your child's entitlement to British citizenship that they may need again in life.
