Your visa will expire in March next year. Why is that urgent if you have several months until the decisions have to be made?

I have planned discussion with HR soon.Need advise to discuss my case.

What visa do you have? Is it is a skilled worker visa, a spouse visa or another visa?--Skilled worker visa.

Every different type of visa has different requirements and different rules.
