British citizens cannot easily (at all) sponsor extended family that are not spouse or children. What is your UK immigration history? Does the two year living together relationship only apply to couples like unmarried partners etc? Yes. Can I apply as a family member of British citizen under article 8 of Human rights Act 1998? No. You are better off on the route you are on or finding another visa you qualify for. How old are you?...
