Address of tax office or tax office reference in AN1 form

Dear all,

I am about to apply for naturalisation using form AN1.

Not sure where can I find 'Address of tax office or Tax office reference' which is in section 3 of the form.

I am a full time employed person.

Can someone help please?

Yes it is. Her name is on my passport as 'spouse name' Still do i need to get it translated?

Marriage certificate not in English

Hi,

My marriage certificate is not in english. Do I need to get it translated into english for applying tier 1(General) dependant visa?
