Greencard while petitioner is in UK

Hi Marco,

No She never worked for any US company...and hence never paid taxes there.

Being a British citizen she just kept US Green Card to keep her future proof in case she wants to move.

She has maintained all her conditions by visiting US once a year.

What do you think?

i m worried because my leave to remain expires in mid august and if my extension is refused... do you think i have to go back to my country till my employer advertises again?

or can i still apply for visa and live here?

hi, i would request if any body with the similar case who got his extension approved can come up and advice me..... atleast it will make me feel better.... just remember it was around £4000 increase and there was no promotion hence no change in duties or responsibilities. i will appreciate quick re...

Also, it would be worth mentioning here...even if you select other in the course/subjects...it still give you 35 points and then 10 points further for english? Does that mean Qualification and English points are based on the university...not on the course? I will appreciate your reply on this. regards
