My wife attended Dublin ceremony on 20 June and still hasn't got the certificate. It will be 3 YEARS in a few weeks since she first applied, and currently 8 months since she got the final approval letter. Absolute joke. Certificate has just arrived right now (Belfast/NI). Hallelujah! I really hope ...
