How would the case worker find out that the statements belong to you if there is no name of the account holder on it. One cannot submit any additi...

Hello All, I like to know what happens if one does not qualify for ILR after 5years simply because he/she has stayed outside the UK for longer than necessary during the period. I do not want to discourage but my understanding is that UK is no longer good for IT jobs. All jobs are outsourced to India and hunting jobs is too tough. Lots of highly experienced folks in UK are jobless, you will have to compete with them.

Dependents will still be treated old way - primary should be able to support them. They (dependents) won't have to qualify under point calculations. Don't worry.

I too beleive that forms of supporting documents will remain same. I would suggest you to prepare your application old way e.g. two evidences for Past Earnings category (Payslip, Bank Statement, Emlpoyer letter, Tax document etc). Hope this helps. I'm not sure if anyone knows, but I'll ask this anyw...

I see many folks are not able to understand SoC. Some read above table will be applied to extension as well. Some ask NI is required, what is the date of application, when date of application is clearly discussed at many places ranging from T1 guidelines or ukba website. If I apply before 6th April,...

My question is related to early extension.

Has anyone applied extension more than 4 months, say 5 or 6 months from expiry date and got approval? It would be great if you could post your timelines?

Many thank,

Why do you think Case worker is wrong in refusing your extension?

1. Did you maintain Maintenance amount for last 90 days, no drop any moment?

2. Extension means you worked and earned in UK. You can not apply uplift if you are working in UK.
