Thank you for your reply. Her nationality at birth was different, she held a Russian passport. She has not been stripped of her Israeli nationality, but the embassy is (probably illegally) refusing to renew her passport since she has no plans to visit Israel in the coming future. I don’t think so. She moved to Israel from another country in the 90s, but has no passport from there.
