HO Email address

Hi Everyone, Will somebody be kind enough to let me know what the HO email address is? I have noticed a few posts that mention correspondence with the HO via email. Also anyone has an idea of what is construed as a valid reason for an urgent treatnment reason. many has sent in urgent treatment faxes...
