Hi, could you confirm, if you just have qualified for 4 years ILR or had been extended previously like 1+3+3 and got Tier 1 instead of ILR 4 years before? I have enclosed practically all required docs for extension under Tier 1(submitted before JR rule was implemented), but approval was granted under old rules. Well, called HO today. They told me decision has been made and docs were sent back to me yesterday and I should get them by the end of the week. yes, I guess so. I have applied first with Tier 1 application(should have qualified scoring enough points), but after JR introduction, should qualify for HSMP JR rule as well.

I think in the light of recent UKBA announcement on HSMP JR, there was a vacuum created as to how original HSMP extensions are handled now. I have sent my application(as of June 16th and no results yet) for extension according to new Tier 1 rules, but this would be handled under HSMP JR rules now. P...
