I was not knowing about the new form and I had used the previous form.

I called UK HO, they said that they have a transition period of 21 days, till when they consider old forms as well.

Thanks,

Hi,

I applied on 8th August from UK. I have received the reference letter and the fee has also been deducted. I have not got any verification calls so far.

Could you please enlighten me on "Verification Calls by Integra"? I am sorry, I have no idea about this.

Thanks,

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. It really makes me feel much better.

What Border Agency number did you try? I have been trying 0114 207 4074 for many days/weeks but could never get through. Am I trying wrong number?

Thanks,

Two new sections have been added:

1. MBA Transitional Arrangements
2. HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review

I am neither MBA nor do I require Judicial review.

Rest of the form is same.

Thanks,

Hi, Page 6 of the application form mentions that Page 6 should be at the back of Page 4 [Payment page]. Also, it is mentioned that after the payment page, the form should start with Section2 - Applicant's Details (Page 7). As mentioned by you, I do want to use a double-sided copy of the app form. Th...

Hi, Thanks for the link. The form is indeed having 65 pages. Just one minor question: Has any preference been mentioned with regard to double-sided or single sided copy of the application form? My question might look very stupid, but getting a bit nervous, hence confirming before submitting the appl...

Hi, Can I apply Tier1 visa just for myself and my wife. (excluding my kid)? I do understand that even if we get Tier1 visa, my wife would have to take my kid back to India because my kid would not be having Tier1 dependant visa. As per the policy guidelines : For applications submitted in the UK, all evidence must be dated no more than one month before your application is submitted. I believe, that all evidence will include both UK and non-UK documents. Hence, in my case, I should ideally get a period of one month for all ...

Thanks everybody for the valuable suggestions. 1. Can I use multiple accounts (UK + Non-UK) to show the total of £ 4000? 2. For one of the banks, I do not have the bank statements but a letter from the bank stating the minimum balance maintained in the last 3 months. Will that be sufficient? Thanks,

Hi, I am not very clear of the process of applying for Tier1 visa for my myself (main applicant) along with my dependants (wife and kid). Do the dependants also need to have a bank account? OR I just show that I have a minimum of 2400£ (£ 800 * 3) in my bank account in the last 3 months. Thanks,
