Tier 1 Dependant Visa application

Hi,

When applying for Tier 1 dependant visa from outside UK (say, from India), do we need to re-submit all the documents, which were submitted initially at the time of main applicant's application?

Thanks,

Hi 1971, As I mentioned earlier, HO has not provided detailed explanation of rejection. They have just mentioned that as per the documents submitted, I have earned only yyy amount instead of the claimed xxx amount. administrative review query

Hi,

The administrative review link says that "If you have applied from outside UK, then you can get your case reviewed...".

Does this mean that administrative review is not applicable for those who have applied from within UK?

Thanks,

Can I supplement salary slip with Tax Return Document

Hi,

I plan to apply for Tier1 visa. I was in US for 5 months in the last 12 months. Can I support the earnings for those 5 months by:

- Salary Slips
- US Tax return document (W2 Form) covering those 5 months

OR, Will I need Bank Statements for those 5 months?

Thanks,
