Hi

Hi Rensal

You can request to change mothers name on passport. They do nothing, just stamp on one page that xyz information is changed zxy on your passport. We have done the same in 2009. I am not sure about current procedure in place.

Can tier 4 Student Dependent switch to Tier 4 Student.

One of my friend is looking to shift from Tier 4(General) Student Dependent Visa to Tier 4 (General) Student.

Can they do it from in-country or he need to leave country to apply?

Need help in Student funds

One of my friend is applying for Uk student visa with her wife.
They have £5400 in liquid cash.
& £9000 loan document.

My question here is ,

Is Loan document is valid for applying for visa or they need that fund in there account.

Here is one link who gives details about all the cap information. and Cap is implemented on monthly bases. How will the Temporary Immigration Cap work? The UK Border Agency will operate the system on a first come first served basis with a limit placed on the number of Tier 1 General Visa application...

Their is no point, main applicant go with the dependent.
I applied for me and my wife separately( even they don't ask for interview to both of us)
Some of my friend asked to come to office for interview, Their is nothing special going on this interview they just fill the form that's it.

I think you need not to worry...

Bcz case worker will not consider your exchange rate....

I don't think there is any problem of that to your application....

Dependent visa takes less time what delhi vfs is going very slow and there is very huge backlog of aplications due to holydays. Please wait...

It is same as on very first day..

Application is forwared to BHC in 23 oct 2008...

hi Rahul, I also applied from delhi Vfs on 23 October. But no Update. As per your point that they have instruction from backend to hault the visa process is not true. Bcz from other parts of the country visa are getting cleared within 10-30 days(from Hyd,Che etc). This problem is only with DELHI BHC...

People are getting there decision within 15-30 days from other parts of country. There is no change in my stat...
