Thanks for clearifing this. In option B "your job start date is after your course has finished", Sponsor must be HEI - track record of compliance. So not appliable. Her sponsor is not "HEI - track record of compliance". I hope that is not an issue if she apply according to option...

Yes, thats correct.

She has completed her course whose
start date 26/09/2022 and end date was: 22/09/2023.

But failed the exams.

She got an email on 19 Sep 2023 that she failed all 3 units toward level 7.

Did not pass current course.

One of my friend's wife did not pass her course of study from International Business College Manchester at level 7. She did not pass the course. She has a sponsor who is willing to hire her. But she is not sure she can apply to skilled visa or not. As she failed the course.

Sorry the confusion. No parent has British citizenship. 1 Parent has ILR and second parent has spouse visa. Validity is 07/2022. Child Settlement(ILE) visa validity is same as well. 07/2022. So, If I am getting this right, 1 parent should be British Citizenship before child can apply for MN1. Thanks.

If you Children born in UK, it is best to go for ILR ASAP you meet the requirement.

You will save a lot of money.

Partial refund means nothing, their so many people on this form who received refund 2 to 3 months ago or longer and still waiting for their visa.

So be patient, I know its hard. Because partial refund means nothing.
