She has completed her course whose
start date 26/09/2022 and end date was: 22/09/2023.

But failed the exams.

She got an email on 19 Sep 2023 that she failed all 3 units toward level 7.

Sorry the confusion. No parent has British citizenship. 1 Parent has ILR and second parent has spouse visa. Validity is 07/2022. Child Settlement(ILE) visa validity is same as well. 07/2022. Partial refund means nothing, their so many people on this form who received refund 2 to 3 months ago or longer and still waiting for their visa.
