Re: me too

Goodey--
Applied 16th Sep
My ILR was stamped on 7th Dec.
Received 14th Dec

Guys,
If its straight fwd application WP+ Tier-1 then it looks like 12-13 weeks. My case was little complex but end of 13 weeks I got it. If 14th weeks just wait you will get it very soon.

Cheers.

Re: ILR APPLICATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TIME

Guys,
Who ever has applied based on 5 years i.e. WP or WP + Tier-1, pls mention their waiting time. Looks HSMP JR processing is quick.

My case: WP + Tier-1 > 10th week in progress

Cheers.

450 days ? Ok may be you can help me out. I was outside UK for about 330 days but I was still working for UK company as contractor and due to business requirements I worked from there. UK company will provide a letter stating the business reason, their contact and the period of absence. Note I didn...

Hi, I do not think you can apply for ILR at this point as you have been out of the UK for more than 450 days - as you have realised. However, there is an exception to the required residency period if you have been outside the UK for over 450 days. To my knowledge the exception is if you can show si...

Gross pay is not a problem if your 12 month docs are original and with net pay you are eligible for points. My case is almost same as one of the guys already got the Tier1 done few days back,...But still can some one please give me some more clarification: I get two salaries for the time I’m in UK...

Guys my experience was different 1. HO mailed back in 3 days, saying it takes 10 weeks normally but if it is more than 10 weeks it doesn't mean there is a problem with the application 2. Got HO in phone in 30 seconds and they said a letter has been sent home for more info and it was true I got lette...

My understanding is below, pls correct if wrong or risky It was 180 days for 4 yrs and hence it must be 45 days per year. That calculation extended makes it 225 for 5 yrs. But I think less than 60 to 90 days in any year is acceptable (accounting to 225 for 5 yrs) but its better you don't do it in th...

Re: applying for HSMP renewal

Today first time I tried calling the HO, luckily I got thru in 30 seconds (option-1/1). A nice lady picked and asked when I applied and then my Ref No, DateOfBirth, Full name and said they have sent a letter yesterday stating I need to send the recent photo's for my dependants. I asked for the statu...

Re: Update as on Saturday - 06th September

Update is Still waiting - Applied > 1st of July.

It would be great if applicant mention whether the application is for individual or submitted along with spouse and kids. I am not sure if thats an additional complexity in you application as that might require additional checks.

Re: WP - Tier 1 - ILR timeline question

I don't know why you didn't calculate this before applying for Tier-1. I don't think your case is valid as HO is very stirct with 5 yrs criteria, its not application date. Anyway mail HO, you have enough time to get the details & ask then if they would consider the initial WP validity date which...
