Perhaps you can start with questions which were not answered on this forum. Try to provide answers to those questions, since I assume any question regarding visas, is very important to the person asking it.

I assume some questions will never get answered. Perhaps you can do something to help.

Business visa - help with documentation

Hi I'm a self employed, owner of a small company. I'm preparing a documentation for me and my two coworkers to apply for business visa to US. I have prepared an 'Employer's letter' for them, describing their intentions in US, that I'll be paying for the costs and other details, but I'm not sure what...

Hi thanx, I guess I was overthinking :) I'm not planning on any illegal staying. It is strange, how difficult it is to get to US to do some business... I'm an IT guy and would like to take advantage of 300M+ market, and in normal business you're not taking away opportunities from US citizens, but yo...

Green Card lottery - possible regrets?

Hi I'm thinking about applying to Green Card lottery system, if I don't miss the dead line. But, I'm having some thoughts on my future actions... let say I apply for the lottery and I don't win. Then in a few months I apply for business visa, which I should have no problems getting, and after 6 mont...

This is when some businesse go out - you can jump in; companies spend less on marketing - you can jump in and take their share; some 'resources' are lower priced or much discounted - ca...

Hi Marco72,

thank you for the answer, I'll look into E2.

Perhaps $150,000 is achievable... depending in what way, as a starting capital? I'll try to get some details.

Thank you

Hi republique, perhaps I was unclear of my intentions... I want to work and live in US. But since I already have a business, I thought that I would just 'transfer' current business to US. And since I have no intentions to be employed by another US company (other than my own), I would like to know my...

How to become Self-employed in US

Hi all. I'm a self-employed IT professional in another country, in Europe. My business is doing good, so I want to 'transfer' the business to the US. As the business is mostly via internet, my physical location is not an issue. I'm thinking of registering a 'self-employed' company or a company with ...
