Tier 1 dependant application - applying sepereately from UK

Hi,

I will be submitting the Tier 1 dependant application for my wife seperately from within the UK soon.
Would be grateful if you could point me to the documents I need to send for her application and also if there is any cover letter available for the same.

Thanks in advance,
Krantik

IIM Post Graduate Diploma - is this recognized for Tier 1

Hi, I'm slightly confused about whether or not a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) is recognized by the Home Office as a masters course that qualifies with 35 points. I checked the point based calculator a month back and it gave me the required 35 point...

Thanks folks.
Am sure that I'll be able to manage on my own - it does save me some money.

Also it seems to me that this forum has all the help that I can need if I have some doubts on the policy guide and documentations.

Thanks again.

Thanks Mr Rusty.
Do you also know if the change in her visa status from WP dependent to Tier 1 dependent will affect her ability to study in the UK?

Applying for Tier 1 on my own or through an agency

Hi, Am thinking of applying for a Tier 1 General visa (I have the required points). Is it feasible to do this directly or should I go through an agency. There is a lot of paperwork involved and am not sure I have 100% (stuff like 12 consecutive pay slips in the UK - probably have some gaps). Is it b...

Can my wife study post graduation course on a Dependent WP

My wife is in the UK with me on a dependent WP visa and is looking to enroll in some post graduate courses. Can she study while on dependent visa? Also if in the future I decide to switch to Tier 1 then will she be able to continue to study or work as a dependent Tier 1 visa holder? Thanks in advance
