Usually the medical result is valid for 1 year. However, it is better that you contact Dimia regarding this. Cheers

You have to do a medical before u can apply for residency. It is mandatory, but it is not necessary that u have to have the medical results at the time u apply for PR. A prrof of ur medicals is enough for application. And yes u can show the medical test of PR for temporary residency as well.
