Hello Guys, Has anyone here applied for naturalisation and been approved whiles the person had fixed penalty for driving whiles uninsured but successfully paid the 200 pound and received 6 points. No court appearance. Am I right to say, it is only a conviction when you go to court? Can someone help...

Latest update of my situation, my application have been approved and received the letter last week. Ceremony have been booked end of the month.

No I did not go to court. Police gave me a FPN by the road, I then went in to the police station to hand in my license to be sent off for the points. Paid the fine online and that was it. Looking at my counterpart, hand written says fixed penalty 6 points and the column Date of Conviction was cross...

Police gave me a FPN by the road, I then went in to the police station to hand in my license to be sent off for the points. Paid the fine online...

Hi, That is the confusing bit. The qualification obtained is listed in the self-assessment tool for english requirement.
