HSMP DEPENDANT VISA TIMELINE

Hello,
My hubby applied for his HSMP dependent visa on the 20th of nov. and up till now a decision has not been made. The VAC staff are just saying the application has been forwarded to british high commission.
Does anyone knows how long it takes for the visa to be issued in Nigeria.
