I think you should try applying to British consulate as your visa is valid legally right..and they will give you a new visa

It will be the same case when people loose their passport and have to apply for visa etc again..check what docs you will need

Good Luck! Was wondering how many attempts you are allowed ...I havent given it yet but just worried if someone fails on the first attempt - can they give it again? Will that be a problem?

Hi , I was out of UK for 91 days from 1 Apr 07 - 30 June 07 - for work..

Will that be ok if I have to put my application for ILR.

Hi I have almost the same scenario - was on SEG and after 2 months gap got my Work Permit and now on Tier1. If they decide to extend the years to 6 - 8 yrs, will I be able extend my Tier 1. It expires in 2011 Thanks they really make life "interesting" for us trying to settle in this countr...

Hi All,

Is SEGS (Science and Engineering Work permit) counted for ILR?

I was initially on it and before my company manged to get WP - I had to go to India for 4 months - though was still an employee for them - will that be ok ? :roll:

Hi

I have been an old memeber of UK Tier1 forum. Which forum I should join to get more details on ILR?

I am on Tier 1 now and in the past had Work permit and also work permit under Science and Engineering graduate scheme - not sure if thats counted?

Indefinate leave to remain

Hi all

Is there a board for 'indefinate leave to remain in UK' - I can join?
I have few questions to ask as I had Science and Engineering graduate visa when I started working in UK in 2005. So not sure if thats counted?
