can any one list the points to be covered in Accountant letter for sole company director. I am taking salary and not self employed.

Can you please let me know the sample of Accountant Letter (Materials to add). As I am a sole Director of a limited company.

Under the guidance notes((Ref guidance notes point 120, Page 23-24) for Salary there is a combination of

Salary
Salary AND Dividend

But in my case I am only taking a salary so under
which category I will get points for my salary.
