I'm afraid NO (see Sushdmehta's post above). That means: transitional arrangements for Tier 1 ended 30 June 2008.

Hi guys, I'm just off the phone to HO. I was told my application was between the stages of approval and stamping (the final stage) i.e. has been approved! So hopefully I'll receive my documents in the next few days. I suppose this information also applies to all those who are in a similar timeline a...
