you can apply for your baby's ILR at the same time when you will apply. there is no need to get leave to remain for your baby now.

Just wait and relax. i did not make complain. it is useless because you might only receive apology letter. They have a que system and they follow that on first come first serve basis. They also ignore urgent treatment requests unless there is strong evidence of real emergency travel.

After 14 weeks i called the HO today to check the progress of my application. The answer was " waiting for consideration".

some people apply early. 2 or three months before competing five years. this is called pre mature application for ILR. some time home office keep their application until they complete five years. but your case is different you already have completed five years. but it is strange that you are still w...

CIVIL JUDGEMENT?

Can any one tell me what is civil judgement?

Does a county court order comes under civil judgement?

A claim of £1600 was made against me and third party won the claim. actually it was the result of traffic accident.

should i mention this in the application form?
