What is Section 82(1) of Nationality Imigration and Asylum..

Dear All

can someone tell me what does section 82(1) of nationality, immigration and asylum act2002 refer to?

My mother wass given a refusal notice which states you have a right of appeal under section 82(1) of.....

Any help would be very much appreciated.

For those of you who've read my previous post, I am so dissapointed that my mom's visa was refused today at the British Embassy post in Tirana. Hi T Bag It's so nice when someone replies to the post, so thank you for taking the time to write to me. Yes, hopefully she will hear sth this week.(if they keep their promise) She was refused a visa from the American Embassy, not the British one.... I guess they just want to make their own checks.....

why did the embassy kept her passport?

Well, my mother went today for her visa end after paying the visa fee she was told to go back in the afternoon to collect her passport. When she went back she was told her case it's under processing and she will be contacted by embassy staff next week. They also kept her passport. I am worried now.....
