Hi,

My father at the age of 66 in 2006 applied for ILR on the basis of parent of a British citizen.

He received ILR at the end of 2009.

When can he apply for British Citizenship.

Hi, I have a little problem.I applied for HSMP in April 2006 at that time,my son was 9 months old (born in UK) ,before that I was on workpermit for about a year. I did not mention him (my son) in that (HSMP) application.Now when I am extending my HSMP , I am also applying for his dependent visa too....
