If one has informed over the phone that interview letter has been dispatch then can one arrange for interview??

I think i got my answer....one parent have to naturalized first in order for non UK born child to be eligible for registration and other parent have to hold ILR

Actualy still dont have the actual refusal letter;

Depending upon this fact that what form should be used to apply visa after main applicant got ILR on ten years long residency based...

Thanks Vinny My friend has applied with KOL and SET(O) form but was rejected and has been asked to submit application as FLR(M)....HE lost 3000£ fees and same day solicitor cost of £1000.......I think he should go for JR....as rejection don't give them appeal right.... Can u please confirm that if some one apply for UK born child's passport directly after getting the ILR then what would happen????

If IPS reject to issue the new passport and ask for MN1 registration first then would this rejection will have any impact on future applications????
