My solicitor says that HO may take upto 28 days to send you letter. My appeal was allowed on 28/Jan.

The other reason could be a typo - the Judge could have / should have put allowed . They cut and paste the majority of the determinations so could have been an oversight. I went to hearing today and hope to win it. HO guy was so idiot that he even did not know anything about PBS and he thought that I was rejected for HSMP.

See what happen. there were two other guys rejected for same reason.

You could only appeal if you felt the caseworker has erred with your application. In your case there is no error and as your leave has expired you have no option but to leave and apply from home.
