ICan someone confirm that granting LTR is postpone if one already apply citizenship? one friend of mine applied for LTR and citizenship in NOV 2006 ( 5 years work permit) received LTR in Sep 2008 - 3 weeks later he've got approval of citizenship! lucky one!!!! :D he did not get any requests for add...

No need to get confused. The normal processing is still done for June 06. There is a separate queue (faster) for people with irish grandfathers. I would sujest to go to MRCI (migrants rights centre ireland) and ask them for advise-they are usually very helpfull

this document proved , that there are 2 queues as min....
does not answer thought why ashimashi is waiting for so long.......

at least 1 laughable moment in this doc- "waiting time for LTR 12 months"..... blablabla.......it is at least 24 months now.........

she applied after 5 years living and working in ireland and she being married exactly 3 years at this time.....stamp 1 for 2 years and stamp 4 for 3 years.....
so i suppose you can apply both criteria's to this situation
