Call your credit card company and tell them to expect the payment in case they reject it an anti fraud measure. Also make sure you dont have a daily limit on your card.

Your entire covering letter refers to 2009. Your dates are all over the place. I can't advise you if you are not clear on these basic facts.

The biometric letter gives you 15 days to book an appointment not 15 days to attend an appointment. g You said there were no appointments left and you only had 5 days so i understood this to mean that you thought you only had 5 days left to give your biometrics. Have i misunderstood your question? I...

Wait until you get your status document but I am pretty sure that you won't get ILR unless you have completed two years leave as the spouse/unmarried partner of a settled/British person under a relevent immigration category (it seems from your original post that you haven't because you said you were...

Re: Questions regarding MN1 Form, Gps as referees etc

As you have sent me a private message asking me to respond to your questions I am now doing so. I think the reason why no one has responded is because you edited your original post rather than posting further questions on the same thread. I have a lot of questions ( and was really hoping there was a...

I will also ask my landlord a favor to reduce the rent amount on the tenancy agreement for a few months just to show ECO and i will keep paying him the actual amount. The tenancy agreement is false/submitting it consitutes a misrepresentation because the amount he is putting as your rent is not the...

Ask the tenant this and also ask them to keep the envelope and tell you what the date stamp on the envel...

But I still dont think lowering the rent amount on the tenancy agreement to overcome the shotfall is something which could make ECO think its a trick or something? Well you'd (well actually your wife, since it's her application) will be making false representations, so if they find out then she'd b...

I may have misunderstood what you are saying but if you are saying that you applied for the CofA before your student visa expired but you did not apply to extend your student visa or make an application in another immigration category, then you are now an overstayer. A CofA is not an application for...

They won't know through your NI number, as all this shows is how much NI you have paid, not how many hours you have worked.

It might be best to reduce your hours slightly so that you don't risk going over (how did this happen in the first place - is it because you have to 'clock in and clock out?)?

you were married for 7 years, that's more than a lot of people !

ILR can only be revoked in these circumstances if UKBA think it was obtained by deception. I think it's improbably that HMRC would inform UKBA but even if they did it's unlikely UKBA would do anything about it.

you should claim all benefits that you are entitled to. they won't effect your application for British Citizenship.
