Re: ILR Application with expired 2 year spousal visa

Thought I would update this post following outcome. ILR received in post yesterday, only about 1 month waiting time in total and the Christmas period was within that. The item has now been returned to the collection office for redelivery' Call the royal mail to ask where the item is. Not sure you...

Do you mean your husband has Indefinite Leave to Remain (PR is for EEA nationals and their family members)? If your husband is not British or an EU national then I am not sure that you qualify as a home student at present. Once you have ILR you may qualify as long as you get your ILR before the firs...

You can switch from tier 2 to tier 1 as the main applicant in the UK. You can't apply for Tier 1 as the main applicant from abroad as this route is now closed. You can't switch to Tier 1 dependent in country. However you can apply for Tier 1 dependent from abroad because your partner is already here...

the UKBA can and will raise new grounds in an appeal so as others have advised you should provide evidence to show that you have been living together for two years. As you have just been refused a visa to join your husband as his dependent they might not accept that you have an intention to return a...

Have you already left the UK? if not is there any re...

Mulderpf has already given you the answer to your question and set it out clearly. there is no such thing as a 'switching category' switching just refers to applying for leave to remain in country from one category to another. What you have suggested is not possible. You can't get 'principle approva...

If this is the case then you can either put/take out £10 from your account and get a new statement or highlight the dat...
