Her Tier 1 Dependant visa needs to be changed to FLR(M). Tier 1 (dependant) visa will be invalid as soon as you get ILR.

Previous rule was that she has to spend 2 years with you in UK before she is eligible for ILR. This has probably recently changed to 5 years - not sure when from this is effective.

Just a word of caution for Solihull advising regarding dependent visa. One of my friend got ILR and applied for changing his dependent wife's visa from Tier -1 dependent to FLR(M). Bank statements wont help much. Case workers are not interested in bank statements. However since you have council tax letters you should be fine. Can not imagine why you would say you moved to a single house etc as that would clearly show you have not stayed together for last 2 years !!
