I want to know i have come to the uk 9 months ago at that time my husband was working but now he has got no job and he is on job seekers allowance a single claim just on his name will this affect my ILR? as I am pregnant aswell i'm working part time any1 pls help thanks..

You can't transfer property to a child below 18yrs. What you can do, if seriously wish to do so is to have it put in trust for him/her.
