Please be advised this is my suggestion only do not take any steps which are irreversible I am not a professio...

Though best point of direction would be probably seeking information from Home Office :S But be advised that your partner was given entry based on Tier 2 vi...

Please search board and you will find similar queries, you can apply but its very less likely they will entertain the application. As some people have applied 6 months in advance however I would strongly suggest against applying in well advance.

1. Can I now use my HSMP visa for extension as this was stamped at port of entry? How can you say that your entry was given to you on your HSMP visa? as by stamping a visa page does not really means that you are granted a visa based on HSMP or Tier 2. 2.What about my dependants? As you have mentione...

Can you please clarify further what exactly do you mean by maintenance contract?
To my understanding suppose you are an IT contractor you get paid in advance, you can claim payment as your earning although contract time end period is in the future.

Well to claim to points either you have to be employed or have your own company or trade as sole trader. I guess you can register in your native country as a Sole trader which will basically fall you in the same category as a contractor. Though personally I would recommend to setting up a company an...

I guess if you are referring to Bankruptcy it will affect your application for ILR / Citizenship. I am not too sure if it will have any implication for your application in Tier 1 G category though wait for others to respond to your query.

Everything looks okay, please bear in mind you can claim only for 12 consecutive months in previous 15 months.

You need to show your bank statement for those 12 months which you will be claiming points for.

Maintenance fund statement should not be older then a month before you apply.

I am not sure if you d have to take biometric scans for Tier 1 G.
Please find the processing times on :

At the moment you can only wait for the outcome of your application.

Tier 1 G Dependent Question Below the age of 21

Hi,

Quick question about the dependent category, to my understanding if one's British citizen or ILR their to get married to someone and sponsor them to come to UK She / he needs to be at least 21. But does that rule apply on all categories including Tier 1 G?

Thanks,
Ali

If you wish to apply for Tier 1 G you will initially be granted two years visa with an option of extending for another three years.
This rule apply to all applicants applying from anywhere in the world for Tier 1 G.

Provide 2 & 3

For 3 you will quarterly receive a bill for NI once you pay the monies via post office you can hand those in as second source.

There is no harm in registering as VAT you dont have to earn 65k to register for VAT you can do it voluntarily.

Good Luck
