You dont need to submit any document as in if you dont wish to immigrate with your family though it will be wise to put their names in the application although you can choose not accompanied. in regards to your second question: You should submit your asap, sooner the better as it will be same letter...

I applied using three sources and everything went smooth for me and received my application in standard time. As long as you provide the correct supporting documents. I do not see any issues. First of all they will check your immigration history and it will obviously come up in initial checks that you applied for PSW while at CCL.
I would recommend going through a solicator or consultant as it could be an issue at some stage.

You should not have any issues in regards to verification as they will speak to your bank directly and confirm the transaction details. Banks are obliged to provide the required information to home office if and when required.

You would not require an entry clearance visa etc as your current T1 G is sufficient for you to be allowed back in the UK.
