thanks vinny and paulp for the quick replies. i read somewhere that ILR dependants can't work, and that got me worried because my wife isn't going to be very happy if I tell her she can stop working after I get my ILR.

UKBA should have records of all of your previous WPs, and as you have mentioned SET(O) form does not list these to be provided as a part of the required document list I do not think not having original WP copies will pose any problem.
