Our children are 9 and 7 years old. I am originally from Pakistan and she is from India. She has a copy of her old passport but we think Indian embassy may not entertain her given her status in UK? If you guys think I am thinking along the wrong lines then perhaps the first step is to get the passpo...

Overstayed mother of British Children and FLR (FP) same day

Hello, I am a British National with two children, both British. The mother has been an overstayed since 2001. We did not apply before as she was not mentally prepared and we did not want to stress her out. I understand she has a good chance applying for mother of a British Child rather than spouse v...

Firstly her then husband has now returned to India so there may be a possible threat from either him or his family. Secondly I don't have any idea of the system in India. My concern is firstly her security and secondly we don't want to be stuck there.

Thanks for your response John.

I am from Pakistan and she is from India. When she came here she was married. Her father died when she was 11 months and her mother also died before she came to UK. She married me after she was divorced from her previous husband. Does this help?

I was in the same situation. I can recommend 'Agnon Chartered Certified Accountnats' in Harrow. Their website is www.agnon.co.uk.

Arrange a meeting with them they didnt even charge me for the initial meeting. The service was great. I will definately use them in future.
