well i too called up BHC Delhi today, and they said that integra reports have been received (on 24th Oct) and a decision is yet to be made. I thought decision making would take 2-3 wrkng days, but its taking longer now

i too have applied relying on a joint account. I submitted the NOC though, as the VFS guys asked me to, though there is no such mention in the guidance doc, but still to be on the safer side, and the VFS guys confirmed that it is not mandatory to have it on a stamp paper, a plain paper would do, ......
