Re: HSMP to TIER 1 Early extension approved

Re: HSMP to TIER 1 Early extension approved

I agree with chetanojha too. but you have nothing to worry about here. So pay your fine that way you dont have to go to court (and you are not convict!). Declare it in the application that you did paid your Fixed Penalty Fine and did not had to appear in court and let HO decide weather this is somet...

Re: Declaring Trafic contraventions

Hi , You will need to declare these in your application even if this is not criminal conviction. I have called ho (as I am-was in similar situation) and they told me to include any conviction including traffic offences. Though they said it will not effect your application as its only minor offence. ...

:D If they give you 10 replies, ask them till you receive the reply you want :-) and then use it in your application. Since the reply came from HO itself, they cannot deny the fact and you will be in win situation there. Brillirent, It was very valuable. I'll ask ho. but as you know they will give m...

Hi Guys, I know this topic have been discussed before but I can not conclude to any definite answer. I am on HSMP visa due to expire in March 2010. My advise is dont panic. be honest.
you know you havent done anything wrong so dont get nervous in the interview and talk to it in the end!!
if they are not convinced then there are measures in law and as far as you are honest and right then you will not have any problem

all the best
