You can make your claim period to 02-Dec-07 to 01-Dec-08 And also since anyway you submit 15 months bank statement, you would not have any issues with it. So once you are in the UK, when you apply for your dependents, you need to show supporting fund. For this can you use the same supporting fund you showed for your self provided the balance is maintained.

HR Contacts and other information have to be filled in Appendix1, at a place they ask the contact information from which they can verify the authenticity of the information.

A more detailed information is requested in Integra form, which would be given in VFS center when you are applying.
